I have the privilege to work with a caliber of clientele that is informed, driven and cooperative. I am forever grateful for the trust they place in my ability to position them. What an eventful year it has been, starting with a strong spring market that for me stayed consistent right through the summer only to escalate again with the fall.

On a personal note, after over a year of renovation we were finally able to move back into our house. It is so good to be home and we were not disappointed in the work that was completed, after many years of planning, this is a dream come true for us.

We also had a couple of additions to the family this year, we welcomed a second Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy named Jax who just turned a year old and is full of mischief and fun, and of course, my beautiful Arabian mare “Claire” who has me completely enthralled. We are looking forward to many years of companionship, love and laughter with the 2 hounds and Claire.

2020 will bring the start of a new business year that I hope will bring continued success and prosperity. If the statistics are correct and the new year lacks inventory just as 2019 has, I believe we will struggle to find entry level homes for our first-time buyers as prices continue to increase with demand. This will put additional upward pressure on the Condo market as well, and the prices of housing in the bedroom communities to Toronto, such as Hamilton, Niagara, Oshawa and Newmarket.
